Romans Pt 3 - to the Jews - Salvation Includes the Gentiles

The Jewish people have a special calling. Not only did God bring the Messiah through them, but he also called them to bring the Obedience of Faith to the Nations through the long promised inclusion of the Gentiles in the Redemption story. But not all Jewish people believed that and it was a great debate in the first century between two schools of thought; Hillel and Shammai. Paul weighed in hard on one side of the debate and urges the Jews not to forget their God given mission. He reminds them of the Prophets and even reverses a tradition about the giving of the Torah.
